Mesa is the first stop on the Valley’s Metro light rail system. Visitors can board the light rail on Main Street at Mesa Drive, Center Street and Country Club to connect to Tempe and Phoenix. If you live in Mesa, Chandler or Gilbert hop on the Valley Metro LINK Service to be directly connected to the light rail stations in and around Downtown Mesa.

The city of Mesa also offers The Downtown Buzz, a free neighborhood 11-passenger bus that connects visitors to major bus routes and other attractions in Mesa including Mesa Arts CenterDowntown, library and more. The Downtown Buzz runs every 40 minutes, Monday – Friday: 5:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m and every 60 minutes, Saturdays: 7 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Several taxi companies also operate in Mesa.
