Arizona Museum for Youth

This City of Mesa facility features art exhibitions and hands-on activities that introduce basic art elements to children between birth and 12 years old and their families. In Artville, the city made of art, children under 5 gain awareness of color, line, shape and texture.

Arizona Museum of Natural History

(formerly Mesa Southwest Museum)

Arizona's premier museum of cultural and natural history includes, among many other things, changing visual art exhibitions. The museum also has its own art collections covering everything from dolls, religion and Native Americans to dinosaurs, folk art and landscape photography.

Art On Main

Art On Main's storefront gallery features quality reproduction art, including works by the world's foremost painters. Their website at www.logsart.com offers over 30,000 pieces of reproduction artwork, most of which are available in eight different formats, to both retail clients and qualified resellers. Imbeau Gallery

Imbeau Gallery has a collection of paintings and drawings by Mark E. Imbeault and others. Mark works with a variety of media including oil, charcoal and graphite. His art displays his talent for photorealism, and many of his pieces incorporate sculpture to create a unique three-dimensional effect.

Mesa Art League Venues

Mesa Art League has two fine art galleries within the square mile of downtown Mesa (others are located beyond downtown). The following venues at East Valley Senior Services and Center Against Family Violence feature displays of paintings, drawings, photography and other media that rotate every two or three months. All artwork is for sale.

Xico Artes

Xico Inc. is a non-profit multidisciplinary arts organization promoting indigenous arts and culture. Through its community-based arts programs and programmatic activities, Xico Inc. nourishes a greater appreciation of the cultural and spiritual heritages of Latino and Indigenous peoples of the Americas.

5 by 8 Productions is a collaborative that creates unique and artistic films. Every aspect of production from script writing to camera work to editing is shared amongst the creative team of Trevor Allan, Heather Hand, Rylan Brandon, Suzanne Zandra, Michael Ray, Ben Forbes and Cassandra Haggard.

Art On Main

Art On Main offers custom digital printing, printing to canvas, and gicleés. They can scan your photographs and slides as well as touch-up and restore work. Additionally, they do custom framing with conventional frames and beautifully affordable alternatives such as ArtPlaks made by mounting artwork to hardboard. Big Brain Pictures

These award-winning independent filmmakers handle all aspects of film production from writing, casting and scoring to directing, shooting and editing.

Brandt Portrait Photography/Gallery

Whether on location or in their state-of-the-art studio, Brandt Portrait Photography works with babies, children, high school seniors, couples, families and others. Brandt also specializes in weddings and commercial photography. Additionally, they do restoration/preservation of old photos.

Eagle Art Productions

Eagle Art Production provides production management, production design and art direction for the creation of spaces for TV commercials, TV shows, movies, events and homes. Services include set design, drawing and construction of models, elaborate 3D sketches, project budgeting, set dressing, contract and crew supervision, time and production management, and budget administration.

Fiber Factory

The Southwest's most complete yarn shop provides fiber artists with yarn from a long list of companies, plus looms, spinning wheels, knitting and crochet needles, books, videos, patterns, tatting supplies, reed for basketry, and more. The Fiber Factory also holds beginning, intermediate and advanced classes on knitting, crocheting, spinning, weaving, etc.

Four studios allow for quality portraits of families, high school seniors, wedding parties and more. Dressing and makeup rooms available. Symphony of the Southwest

The Symphony of the Southwest is one of the premier symphonic music providers in Valley. Its main residence hall is Mesa Arts Center's Ikeda Theater but it also performs at many other venues. Community support and educational outreach programs also make the Symphony of the Southwest an integral part of Valley cultural life.
