Mesa Music Festival

Arizona’s Largest Emerging Artist Festival November 13-15, 2015

Ready to enjoy a weekend full of live music and ongoing activities for all ages? Then come out to the Mesa Music Festival, Arizona’s largest emerging artist festival, November 13-15, 2015. This free festival will have over 200 bands from across the country that will be performing in local downtown businesses and outdoor stages. The first day will include conferences and workshops for the bands to become familiar with the music industry. The next two days will be followed with free live music for all.

On November 13th, all bands participating in the festival will get the opportunity to listen to Matt Pinfield, the keynote speaker of the event. Pinfield is the Vice President of A & R and Artist Development for Columbia Records. He is best known for his shows and specials on MTV and his work in radio. The conference will also include sessions with Geordie Gillspie and a Q&A session with manager Alan Niven. Both have worked alongside big bands including Red Hot Chili Peppers, Guns N’ Roses, Mötley Crüe and many more.

November 14th and 15th the bands hit the streets, performing along Main Street at local businesses as well as outdoor venues in the area. There will be a MMF Vendor Village each day that will include local businesses, artists and non-profits. From 12-2pm, Floating Lotus Yoga Studio will be holding free yoga classes at their Main Street location.  On Saturday, November 14th, there will be fireworks show immediately after the headliner you won’t want to miss.

From the 200 bands performing, there will be performances from many local bands from Mesa including A Step Ahead, After Hours Access, B.O.T.S., Cmrn Hill, Devil Lies Down, DWARF, Gramm, JC & Laney, Murrieta, Nathan Jude, The Weezul Brothers Band, and Wide Awake. Authority Zero has been announced as Saturday night’s main stage headliner.

Downtown Mesa Association has partnered with Mesa Music Festival to help put on this first time event in the area.
