Downtown Mesa continues to be a profitable place to open a business. Because of the area's desirability and current building stock, there are limited commercial spaces or buildings for sale or lease in the mile square district. These spaces represent less than 10 percent of the total commercial building and site inventory immediately available in Downtown Mesa.
